Counselling in Preston, Ormskirk and across the UK

Life doesn’t pause while you work things out, and getting support shouldn’t become one more thing to juggle. Every new client starts online for the first two sessions. After that, if you live in or around Preston and you’d rather meet in person, we can meet face to face in Preston, as long as we both feel comfortable.

If you’re in Ormskirk, anywhere in West Lancashire or anywhere else in the UK, we work online, from a private space where you can be yourself. Same care, same confidentiality, same time that’s just for you.

Hello, I’m Jodie

I’m a mum, a wife, and someone with a lot of lived experience. I’ve spent my working life in support roles, from substance misuse services and prisons to community drug teams and rehabs, and I bring that, my own recovery and my counselling diploma from Clearmind International Institute into every session.

“I’ve sat on both sides of the room.”

“You don’t have to have it all figured out.”

You just have to take the first step. Book a free 15-minute consultation and tell me a little about what’s going on. No pressure, no obligation. Just a conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
